Lightweight Power That Cuts Through with Confidence

Gigging bassists searching for a lightweight combo that can still cut through a busy mix will be delighted when they plug into the Markbass CMD 102P V. Fueled by the Markbass Little Mark 58R head, this muscular bass combo amp houses two 10-inch neodymium speakers, reinforced by a piezo tweeter, delivering the company’s legendary, rafter-shaking thump from an ultra-light enclosure. Gain, 4-band EQ, and Master volume controls offer straightforward tone-shaping, bolstered by an Old School filter and a 3-way Flat/Scooped/Footswitchable (FSW) switch for dialing in your overall sonic character. Additionally, the CMD 102P V features a fast-response bi-band limiter, providing greater dynamic control and natural-sounding high-frequency clarity — even when you crank it to the max. You also get a Mute switch, along with a Line Out level control, joined by Pre EQ/Post EQ and Ground Lift switches. Beyond that, this amp’s flexible wedge cabinet design delivers top-caliber sound whether you position it vertically or angle it as a floor monitor. What's more, while the CMD 102P V packs a serious punch on its own, it also forms an exceptionally robust stack when paired with an extension cab. All told, the CMD 102P V delivers stage-ready power and sonic versatility in an ergonomic combo that tackles the most demanding live gigs with supreme assurance.
